What we would LOVE from you:

• Currently be at Head Chef level within a premium, high volume restaurant., Experience with Open Fire Cooking is essential for this role.
• Have a great kitchen presence, be an accepted leader and naturally inspire your team;
• Have a good understanding of business operations;
• Love great food and good service!
