Are you an experienced and passionate chef ready to take the lead in a busy kitchen? We’re looking for a dedicated Head Chef to inspire and guide our kitchen team at a 2 Rosette country pub. If you have a knack for working with fresh, seasonal menus and delivering exceptional dining experiences, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • As the Head Chef, you will be at the forefront of our kitchen, ensuring the safety and well-being of your team while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Your leadership will be key in driving standards, fostering team development, and creating memorable moments for our guests.
  • You’ll work closely with the General Manager to meet operational targets, manage supplier relationships, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
