We’re looking for an exceptional leader of a Head Chef, who is willing to take the current kitchen team to the next level. Where fresh food and excellent cooking takes centre stage. Working at a buzzy independent in the heart of Soho serving Tuscan-inspired cuisine and a stellar wine list across a cosy downstairs bar and window counter, and elegant upstairs dining room.

• A great salary of up to £50,000 a year.
• Seasonal and creative dishes.
• Award winning, simply executed dishes focusing on great taste and quality.
• Championing authentic Italian dishes, using traditional methods as well as modern techniques. Pasta making is an essential skill.
• This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef or Senior Sous chef with a fine dining background to step into their first head chef role.
• Or for a current Head Chef looking to push themselves and train a team to reach great heights.
