• Offering fantastically well thought out drinks including exquisite wines, and tasty cocktails served in stylish surroundings.
• Exciting growth plans in place, setting the bar high for the restaurant and bar industry.
• A hidden gem located in the heart of Clapham.
• The role is for an existing GM ideally with late night operations experience, someone with a BIG personality.
• The venue closes between 1am & 2am.

• Have the ability to drive their staff and business forward
