About the Role:

• My client’s pub is bringing premium London quality into this idyllic property, I’m looking for operators who are passionate about hosting the perfect dinner party every day.
• Stunning décor with a high standard throughout with slick operating systems.
• Fresh, seasonal menu serving high quality dishes in a charming dining space.
• General Manager looking for a great premium challenge, busy pub, premium quality food, drinks and stylish boutique rooms.

What we would LOVE from you:

• Currently be at General Management level within a premium restaurant or pub.
• Be a vivacious go-getter with a passionate zest for life, loving hospitality and the industry.
• Have a great front of house presence, be an accepted leader and naturally inspire your team.
• Have a good understanding of business operations.
