Salary up to £55,000 Plus Bonus

• Evenly split between bar (amazing cocktails), restaurant (delicious, fresh) and the awesome leisure side this venue really requires applicants at the very top of their game.
• Significant growth is on the cards for this awesome concept including new sites opening next year!
• This is a big venue, with a large capacity so looking for a General Manager to really take it to the next level!

The Role:

• General Manager role to take over all operational management of the current site.
• Multifaceted experience within hospitality is essential for this role. This is a HANDS-ON role!
• Attention to detail, proactive, sales driven and hungry to make a positive impact on the business.
• Sales growth is essential, so positive ideas to work with Sales manager to drive it; and then deliver the experience.
