• Experience at the General Management level within a high-volume pub.
• Experienced at working in a pub with rooms, or hotels before.
• Has an interest in sports, or experienced working in sports pub environment.
• A dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a genuine love for the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
• Proficiency in business operations.
