The Role:

• Ensure all Back of House operations are running smoothly.
• Detailed training within the kitchen team to ensure that the company’s food quality & safety standards are delivered to a high standard.
• Work closely with the directors on new food trends and menu development to create an exciting memorable menu & experience for customers.
• Thoroughly control profit, stock and wastage, implement and maintain hygiene practices.
