The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section and play an important role within the kitchen brigade.

You’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering dishes to a consistently high standard, supporting service and maintaining excellent organisation throughout the kitchen. This is a hands-on role for a chef who enjoys working with quality ingredients and being part of a close-knit team.

We’re Looking For

• Previous Chef de Partie experience within a fresh food restaurant, pub or hotel environment
• Strong cooking fundamentals and excellent attention to detail
• Passion for seasonal produce and quality ingredients
• Ability to confidently run your own section
• Good organisation and preparation skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive kitchen team
• A chef looking to continue developing within a quality-focused operation
