Chef de Partie – Daytime Hours

Our client are a stunning Restaurant and Farm shop that have an exciting opportunity, to recruit a Chef de Partie. The vacancy is full time, and you will need to be available 5 out of 7 days per week, including weekends. But NO evenings.
Duties will include:
- Maintaining levels of items for counters in the restaurant and deli
- Preparation of counter items including sandwiches, paninis and bagels
- Work with the team to develop the menu items and improve the quality
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the day
- Opening and closing – preparation, set up, clearing and cleaning
- Completing compliance records – checking & recording temperatures, allergy information and dates
What we would LOVE from you:
- Experience working for within a small independent operation would be ideal for this role!
- To be prepared to follow food hygiene standards, including personal appearance
- A basic food hygiene certificate, or be prepared to complete the training when starting
