Chef de partie/commis/Demi chef looking for an exciting next step

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility of working all sections of kitchen including cold, larder, fish, sauce, meat and pass
  • Full engagement and involvement in back office operations
  • All aspects of health & safety

In order to be considered, applicants must:

  • Currently be at Chef de partie, Commis Chef or Demi Chef de partie level within a restaurant or High Quality Dining venue and good understanding of health and safety surrounding this
  • Have a great Kitchen presence and team work ethic
  • Classically trained, happy to follow company recipes
  • Have real passion to deliver an excellent experience
