I am looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Manager who is guest and service focused. You will be supporting General Manager in the day-to-day management of the restaurant and taking full accountability in their absence. You will be a passionate Manager and will have strong financial accountabilities and experience working within the premium pub and restaurant sector.
