• Experience as Assistant General Manager within a busy hospitality environment
  Attention to detail and an ability to multitask in a busy environment
• A passion and knowledge of wine!
• A stable and progressive career in a service and guests focused restaurant.
• Experience with wine tasting events, wine pairings.
• Personality is a key!
• WSET is a must for this role!
