What we would LOVE from you:

• Currently be at Assistant General Manager within a high volume multi-faceted venue.
• As the group is big on events, I am looking for an events driven go getter to really build the business.
• WEST Level 2 Award is ESSENTIAL for this role.
• Have a strong understanding of business operations, good commercial awareness.
• Most of all a strong passion for all things wine and excellent food.
