• Looking for Proven Assistant General Manager with a food service lead operator
• You will have a hands-on approach and be very front of house focused. you will have great leadership, training and motivational skills being a mentor to the rest of your team
• Absolute love of food and passion for the industry
• Fully financially accountable for the site therefore strong financial acumen is a must
