My client is perhaps one of the most FUN businesses in the market today, the client partner we are currently working with are operators of some of the most iconic venues, in London, across the UK and beyond. Not just F&B – not just a bar or restaurant!

This is a full-on entertainment venue with live music, sport, and oodles of good times! More complex and loads more fun! They are passionate about fun – and they are rather good at it! A real “work hard – play hard” culture.

What we would LOVE from you:

• Your career will have been stable and progressive in a pub or bar Deputy Manager capacity. Experience with live music, lively events or sports will be distinctly advantageous.
• Creativity and innovation are a big thing… your ability to do this effectively whilst maintaining brand standards.
• Being a leader is key! Have had proven experience in managing and developing a team, as well as having the financial accountability and acumen to make it profitable.
• Have a natural love and flair for service and go above and beyond to offer that WOW experience to your guests.
• Be well-presented with excellent personal style (I don’t mean you have to wear a 3 piece to work!) With an energetic and lively personality. You will be naturally ‘hospitality’ and strive for excellence.
• Show ambition and have a strong work ethic.
• Late nights on most day’s so looking for a real late night character!
