Synergies are created by strong bonds and relationships, so to cause success we create the best relationship possible with you. We will appoint each client a dedicated account manager and point of contact, who will get to know you and your business in depth. To understand your unique needs in detail they will complete site visits and take notes.
We use our current network to identify and brief possible suitable candidates.
We advertise in a variation of ways, including using job boards, social media platforms and a non aggressive head hunting tactic. This means that we can utilise the different markets out there, such as the active and the passive candidates.
Methodically, we screen all applicants (please see our candidate journey.) We meet all of our candidates and take them through the interview process, looking at competency and behaviour. This means that we can match the candidate to specific roles that match them the best.
With the candidates consent, we will send you their CV to review.
This will be managed by us from the beginning until the end of the process. We ensure the candidates are fully briefed and prepared ahead of each stage of the process and receive full and comprehensive feedback.
OFFERS AND NEGOTIATION
We work hard to ensure that the offers presented are the best for both you and the candidate. We handle any negotiation to secure the candidate and deal with the confirmation. We also seek and provide references for the candidate.
We keep in contact with you and the candidate through the working notice period and into their first few weeks of the new role to ensure a smooth transition is made.
